    Current courses are free<\/h2>

    The current sample courses require no payment or payment card, so there is no amount to refund if you stop using them. You may stop learning at any time or contact us about account closure and personal data.<\/p><\/section>

    If paid services are introduced<\/h2>

    Payment will only be requested for a clearly identified paid service through an active official payment method. Its description, total price, access conditions, and cancellation terms will be shown before checkout. Do not transfer money to an account or person based on an unverified message, and never send card details by email.<\/p><\/section>

    Consumer rights<\/h2>

    Saudi E-Commerce Law applies, including the right to cancel a service contract within seven days after contracting if you have not used or benefited from the service, subject to statutory exceptions. Starting use does not remove your rights where a service is defective, non-conforming, or not provided as agreed. We do not use a blanket \u201cno refunds\u201d statement to exclude statutory rights.<\/p><\/section>

    How to submit a request<\/h2>

    Email hello@manaratx.com<\/a> from your account email address. Include the course name, order number if any, the date, and a description of the issue. Do not attach card numbers or passwords. We review the request, explain the outcome and its basis, and contact you if more information is needed.<\/p><\/section>

    Refunds and complaints<\/h2>

    When a refund is due, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method where possible. We will explain the expected timing according to the financial provider and comply with statutory deadlines. You retain your right to contact the relevant authorities; contacting support does not waive that right.<\/p><\/section>
